Audi is launching it's new A4 this November in Ireland. The new Saloon and Avant models have lost over 100kgs in weight, leading to impressively low emissions and fuel economy. The entry model, the Attraction, has a 1.4 liter petrol engine and starts at €35,800 including delivery.
Updates include a fixed HD 7 inch MMI screen to the top of the dashboard. This helps free up a lot of space and improves the heating and ventilation.
Xenon lights come as standard. A new larger footprint makes the interior feel more roomier, with the rear getting an extra 23mm of legroom. The boot size in the Avant has increasted 15 liters to 505 liters, while the Saloon remains the same at 480 liters.
The new "Virtual cockpit" doesn't come as standard, but for an extra €695 this digital instrument cluster will be a serious consideration when adding extras. (The attraction model requires you to have MMI navigation, which costs €2060, as an extra before you can add the virtual cockpit.)
